Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AI Pricing Lab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AI Pricing Lab is a calculator and planning tool for AI SaaS founders to model pricing, margins, plans, and credit packs. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

3. Infrastructure and Data

The Service uses Supabase for authentication, database, and related backend services. By using the Service you acknowledge that your account data and usage are processed in accordance with Supabase's infrastructure and policies. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Accounts and Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All purchases made on AI Pricing Lab are final and non-refundable. This applies to all paid services, including but not limited to:

• Sponsorship placements (e.g. sponsored ad slots displayed on the Service)
• Any other paid offerings we may introduce

Once payment is processed, your sponsorship is activated immediately. Sponsored placements are delivered to our users right away — including visibility in the side panels and exposure across the platform. Because these benefits are delivered instantly upon payment, we cannot reverse or refund the transaction.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this no-refund policy.

No refunds: All payments are final. Sponsored placements are activated and displayed immediately upon payment and cannot be refunded. We may make exceptions at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances; any such exception does not create a right to refunds in other cases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, scrape or overload our systems, or use the Service for any fraudulent or abusive purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy of calculations, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI Pricing Lab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Pricing Lab, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information (including model pricing or calculator outputs)
• Losses resulting from errors, omissions, or interruptions in service availability
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service
• Any inaccuracies in calculations, pricing data, or third-party data used by the Service

You acknowledge that your use of AI Pricing Lab is at your own risk. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Pricing Lab, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Any information, representations, or statements you make on the platform
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Any dispute between you and another user

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AI Pricing Lab after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of AI Pricing Lab resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
